Seperation of church and state has been the underlying cause of our demise.

Just 30 years ago we used to be far more religious. Back when faith and prayer were still being taught in schools, people had better values. But ever since we got rid of prayer in schools and stopped teaching faith, its had a negative effect.

And to think that just in the 30 years since so much damage has been caused. We now have gay marriage, high rates of abortion (1 in 6 pregnancies), transgenderism, high divorce rates, hookup culture, more mass shootings, and all things woke and liberal and ungodly are now becoming mainstream. Ideas that were once unimaginable.

And so that is the problem that comes with freedom. Freedom requires wisdom and discipline. And of course our society tends to not have those things anymore when so many children aren’t being taught responsibility.

Just think of it this way. Putin might’ve taken Russian nationalism a step too far by invading Ukraine, but the fact of the matter is, Russians are far happier as a nation of God-fearing men who love their country, than we are in western society as people who demonize ourselves and our culture and history.

The fact of the matter is, I wasn’t always a fan of Russia, particularly back when they had Communism, but the state endorsement of the one true God that is Jesus Christ, and the outlaw of sin in their society, has led to a nation of incredibly happy and patriotic individuals, and I desire that in my own country. Since I do not desire for people to have the freedom to publicly promote things that are sinful and ungodly.

The things you mention are correct. Freedom without discipline…without self control and the wisdom to know how to use freedom properly only result in hedonism without those checks and balances in the individual. This used to not be an issue. Now it is a major problem.

When you create fatherless homes by the millions you create undisciplined and unprincipled people as the father is almost always the disciplinarian and the homes that do have fathers are often devoid of morality as you have eliminated it and they are ignorant of it you create an environmental free fall.
