I need to know my pup is Okay at all cost if needed?

Lost my place in Arizona with my pittbull puppy (whom I saved and brought back to health from a certain death due to fentynal from this punk who originally had her) so Bella and me were super close. Okay so on May 13th my car got totalled in Orange County and Bella and I were going to be on the streets a Ex-girlfriend of mine put us up at her place and she helped me find Bella a home. When I gave her to the guy I had a horrible feeling but I felt as me and Bella were becoming a burden so the guy seemed like he had money and one would think he is quite normal we even made a deal as adult men me 44 him 53 that if they were not working out that he was to call me and I would gladly take her back into my care. After a month of a handful of attempts to contact this piece of shit he will not answer or speak with me. I contact the acquaintance who liason the whole exchange and she tells me dude relapsed on Fentynal and Bella was getting out so he gave her to the Neighbor and all claims are is that she is happy and Okay, but that was not the deal nor do I believe she is okay, nobody can get at dude now and everyone is playing dumb and filling me with fluff, I just wanna know my little girl is still alive, happy, and healthy. I'm going to really hurt this guy. I know where he is living as of yesterday at his moms. Tell me something what should I do, and please don't fill me full of nonsense like you don't want to go to prison cause that does nothing I will kill or be killed for my family to which Bella is. Let's hear some honest opinions that come from dog owners if you ain't a dog owner stay off this one.
