How can a very centralized state make it so that women don't develop toxic taste in men?

Let's say if I was a king or dictator of a nation with very strong centralizing power, that also acts as a surveillance state, I would mandate that all males have no muscle or fat on their bodies and make them small and slim by having the minimal or no amount of fat or muscle at all, as well as make them undergo limb reduction surgery so that they are under at least 5 ft or shorter, this would be so that they can't do a lot of physical damage ot easily square up against any other guy if all guys are the same body size and stature, this would be all be done so that women have a minimal to no chance of being assaulted or raped.

I would implement an agency so that it would moniter people's conversations and behavior and ethic patterns and have a Chinese style social credit system where if a guy acts like a knuckledragging brute or an asshole he would lose privileges like owning a home or having employment. I would encourage the society to behave in a higher trust and practice proper ethics and social behavior that is functional in society.

I would have mandatory charm schools for Boys and girls and college students so that from kindergarten until they are finished with university they spent their whole lives being thoroughly indoctrinated into having ethical behaviors, for boys they would taught not to act like retarded brutes and for girls they would be taught not to act like slags and not to judge a guy for their looks or appearance and only judge for their personality and ethics and life choices.

There's no reason why a man has to have a muscular body and/or act like a violent knuckledragging bully jerk, as I'd to say that will make you bulletproof. There's no reason why women need to be discriminant against young looking slimmer guys who act like well upstanding guys that doesn't possess a criminally or otherwise violent personality, women are their own enemies when they are attracted to only guys with toxic violent traits like cavemen.

Not you sure do have an imagination but your ideas are flawed. In order for this to work, you would basically have to eliminate the natural human brain functions which is impossible to do. You can’t teach someone that looks aren’t important when the brain naturally says that looks are important. It’s beyond relationships. Would you go for the molded apple or the ripe apple? You would go for the ripe apple because you can physically see how unattractive the molded apple looks.

Moldy apples have its uses, it can be used as fertilizer, while the ripe apple is best for either eating or fermenting into an alcoholic drink of some sort, a moldy apple can be attractive to use for plants. There's beauty in everything in a sense. I for one do not see beauty or ugliness on women, only what I find sexually attractive and I find myself sexually attracted to older taller plus sized women that most guys would find "ugly", I don't look for beauty or ugliness but only what turns me on.

You are trying to change the subject at hand. Eating purposes you are going to pick a ripe apple over the moldy apple because physically the ripe apple looks more attractive than the moldy one. You are trying to enforce rules that are already a part of the human brain

Queen Victoria of the British empire established her own social ethics policy to have men act like gentlemen and women act like ladies and it was like that during her entire reign and nobody fussed about it, sure it was predicated on bad ethics and had lots of very unnecessary social morres about sexual conduct that I find extreme, but her reign establish a culture of ethics that pretty much most men and women of that time followed without fuss, if Victoria can do it why not some other ruler?
