Should men being regulated instead of women?

I’m seeing many options on abortion and being pro choice. People were saying abortion is murder and it should be illegal. But men can have a baby with numerous women and a woman once pregnant is out of commission for 9 months. Many fathers walk out on women. I have a family member who has 7 kids and he doesn’t support any of them.

should jail time be required or a fee? To stop broken households. I only ever hear about regulating women. When are both held accountable?

Remember back in our grandparents and great-grandparents day when people were shamed for having children outside of wedlock? When men were looked down on for failing to fulfill their duties as fathers? When women were disgraced for getting pregnant without a husband? When someone cheating on their spouse became a public spectacle that everyone knew about?
Shame is not a bad thing. It’s what keeps people from becoming degenerate in their behaviors. Sex used to be something people had within the boundaries of marriage, because (1) sex was the reward of marriage, and (2) it was for the purpose of bringing a child into the world. Once marriage and sex became separated, all hell broke loose.

I’m going to keep this gender neutral. In my state if someone has to pay child support than the employer automatically takes it out of the check and is giving to whoever the money goes to wether it being the mother or the father. And for the “regulation” a part of me wants to say it’s human right to have kids but at the same time I do lowkey feel like maybe it should be a privilege instead. I mean there are so many terrible parents out their that sometimes I feel like people have to prove to society that they have what it takes to bring a child in this world and maybe if we did it that way there would be less bad people in this world because only good people can have children.


But doing that would be definitely against human rights and also it would lead to a major population decline. But than again there is over 8 billion people in this world would it really be that bad of an idea?

Both the man and the woman should be accountable for having an unprotected sex when they don't intend to have a kid

If a man forces the woman (Rape) , then there are laws to punish him

Plus I don't think the father can just walk out either, if you have a good lawyer

Generally the man is required to pay maintenance. The legal system will enforce this if necessary.
