Are you in a free standing house or apartment/condo? Irrespective don't buy into their noise sensitivities. I was in the position of formally reconciling a complaint of this nature. You will never satisfy them.

If they start banging on your door then get a court order. We'd call it a Personal Safety Intervention Order but doubtless the name will be different in your locale. Start researching now. People like this will attempt to make your life a misery.

The people In my experience forced 3 tenants out by making their life a misery which in turn forced the owner to sell.
