Some of the ones on the first image have unattractive faces and/or haircuts. Sure, the following 3 women are actually hot and I would love to meet them and at least be friends with them, but then again, not all multimillionaires are famous and a lot of them are rather unknown. I wouldn't mind befriending or dating rich women who are attractive. It's just that rich women have problems being with middle class men, so I can't risk humiliating myself by trying to talk to them.

FWIW, I have seen women naked when in their 70's and possibly 80's while at sun clubs.

23 or 24 is the age I would say a woman is too old to wear a bikini. Why you say? It's simple. College (18-23) is the fixed physical prime of women, and women are at their absolute hottest in that age range. After that, things only go downhill, as they lose their looks so much, they are completely unrecognizable from their college selves, and that's saying a lot when they looked their age during college while looking like a 70 year old at just 25.

Yes, I know there are hot women in their mid 20's up to 50's and can rock a bikini just fine but you would be foolish to think that they aren't multimillionaires and haven't spend exorbitant amounts of money on cosmetic surgeries or makeup products (cheap ones won't do much good). The middle class cannot afford such expensive necessities to be or remain attractive in the mid 20's and older, and as such, they are doomed to lose their looks at a rapid pace.

So yes, among the middle class, 24 is too old to wear a bikini.

If you're doing it for yourself and yourself only, sure, no age limit.

If you're doing it to look sexy and flaunt your figure, then it varies.

I have seen some women in their 20s who look unattractive in bikinis, but I never insulted them nor said anything bad to them. Likewise, I have seen some women in their 40s or even their 50s look absolutely stunning in even thong or g string bikinis, and I am even best friends with some of them despite the age difference. Sadly, I didn't see any women in their 60s or older looking good in bikinis.

My view is that there isn't an upper age limit, but there should be a lower age limit.

I would say that both age limits are necessary. Lower age limit should be 18 (because they are not adults before 18 years of age), while upper limit should be 23 or 24 (because that's the age women start losing their looks, and they lose their looks extremely badly to the point of being unrecognizable from their college selves). Ever wonder why 99.99% (if not 100%) of Instagram models are in the age range of 18-23?
