Pfizer has too much power, as do most massive multinational corporations, that doesn't change the fact that vaccines have saved millions of lives.

Before anyone gets too excited about the last three rows, the vast majority of people of those ages were vaccinated, so the unvaccinated deaths come from a very small proportion of those populations.
