I find this to be positively hilarious. On the one hand Republicans is going nuts about fetuses being people and on the other hand I will probably win the lottery 100 times over before the Republicans get behind a bill such as this which supposedly is supporting their stated philosophy.

The excuses they come up with for why they can't support it is going to be prime time entertainment.

It is up to the states to make such decisions. If anyone at the federal level is proposing such a law, they are merely grandstanding.

Let’s say a woman was sleeping with 4 guys and got pregnant, should all of them have to pay child support? You can’t make a guy legally obligated to pay child support if there is no DNA prove that he’s the father or if he hasn’t signed a birth certificate, this isn’t going to pass

Assuming they do pass it in the next Congress, how does it become law without a Democrat President signing it? It doesn't, and that assumes they actually can pass it.

You believe Utah has this law already? How about be sure that's the case. Has it withstood a judicial challenge?
