1. The women has to undergo procedure to ensure she does not get pregnant again. 2. The women has to pay an abortion fee on top of the procedure costs. For example, a typical abortion can be $700 so we provide an additional fee of $850 that can be payed in payments.

I think tube tying is a good solution. Kids are nuisance, even the fee doesn't sound so bad when you compare it with a life of misery. What are the punishment for men? Takes two to tango.

Excuse me little lady but fathers don’t get to have a say in wether our baby lives or dies! If we get a girl pregnant and she says she wants an abortion, we can’t stop that from happening.

We simply do not give people that kind of power over other living, breathing humans. But let’s be honest here, the only way a woman can have any say over your child is if you allow her to. That thought should be more than enough reason for you to prevent pregnancy. Getting a random women pregnant is just you giving up some of your own personal power. Why would you willingly do that?
On a personal level? Yes. If a pregnant woman was in front of me seeking advice, I would implore her to speak to the father and consider his thoughts on the matter. Get a say in a matter of law, where he could force a woman to carry the pregnancy against her will? No. Absolutely not.
I'll say yes on the conditions that all anti-abortion/pro-life men also get a permanent vasectomy and/or stop having casual sex outside of marriage, since condoms and morning after pills are a form of "abortion" too, as is literally anything that involves hetero sex without impregnation of a child.
So yeah, if all the anti-abortion men stop having casual, loose sex like massive hypocrites, then and ONLY then, we can have the random dummies on the internet worry about the imaginary children they claim to care about, that they'll never see or will ever have any impact on their lives, whatsoever.

I'm guessing that at least it will keep women from having raw sex, which they do because if they do get pregnant there is always an abortion. I don't know why a girl, who did not want kids or to get pregnant, would not have their tubes tied? Perhaps health insurance should help pay such costs to have this procedure.
This is why Law cannot be a matter of majority opinion. Thsi is why the Declaration of INdependence says Law comes from God, and Nature's God is against Abortion. Nothing in nature commits abortions and human sacrifice except... humans.
Lets also keep in mind that tubal ligation is a risky, and invasive procedure. The whole point of abortion is bodily autonomy. That is destroyed if you force someone to go under the knife for a surgery that they don't want.
Tubal ligation can cause damage to the bladder, bowel, or major blood vessels. It causes permanent hormonal changes. People can also have lasting pain from the procedure.
The majority of women who have abortions already have a kid. It isn't that they don't like or want kids. In most cases, they just aren't in a place where they can support one right now. That may change some day. The tubal ligation reversal process is complicated, dangerous, and invasive, and only 50 to 80 percent of women who have it are able to get pregnant again, not to mention the uptick in fertility treatments that these women need to use to get pregnant.
Obviously, I don't think that anyone should be sterilized, male or female, against their will. I asked the question to point out hypocrisy. You dodged the question, which makes me think that you know what the answer is. I'm guessing that you wouldn't want that done to men.
Women can only get pregnant once a year. A man could hypothetically have sex with a different woman every night, and end up impregnating hundreds of people. If you're determined to punish someone for the "irresponsibility" that leads to abortions, women aren't the only ones involved.
And oh yeah, what about men who choose not to use protection, despite knowing that the woman they're involved with doesn't want a kid. There have been several cases of men doing this as a way to try to trap their partner. But in a world where bodily autonomy exists, the predictable result is abortion, and I would consider him far more responsible for it than her, even if he wants her to keep the kid, because he was the one who decided to get the woman pregnant in the first place.

Most unintelligent people think they know far more than they actually do. Your claim of having a perfect solution to the abortion debate, which oh so conveniently puts the responsibility entirely on women, is a good indicator that you think you're an expert. But the specifics of your solution, and your responses to criticism indicate that you're not.

When I was 21 years old I scored 180 on the MENSA High I. Q. society test. Due to Severe Diabetes and some other medical problems, my score fell to 134 temporarily around 12 years ago, but it has risen again to 145 recently.
I've been tested on the WAIS as 134. Myers-Briggs General Learning Ability 145 MENSA High I. Q. Society 145 +10/-11 But again, before I got sick, my MENSA score was 180.
Based on the content you post here, I don't believe you. But I also don't consider IQ testing a reliable way to test intelligence. It was created by eugenicists, and there is a strong western bias. It is also easily effected by factors like stress and hunger. Not to mention, they're advertised as being impossible to study for, but that's absolutely not true. I would know. They use the same kinds of questions as the SAT, and my SAT scores were my biggest draw during college applications. I brought up the IQ thing, because you said they should be sterilized. And I thought that it would be funnier than explaining the problems with IQ testing.
But that's beside the point. We're talking about abortion rights. Do you have anything else to say regarding my previous comment? The one that talks about the risks of tubal ligation, and bodily autonomy?

My Honest to God response is the women who get an abortion should be put on trial for murder and executed the same as any other murderer.
By the way, real I. Q. tests are not biased by western culture. They use pictures, puzzles, and vocabulary in the subjects base language, as well as memorization and random reverse sorting. Those are not cultural benchmarks, you liar, those are objective standards of intelligence and problem solving ability.

I never claimed that the questions were about cultural benchmarks. I don't know where you're getting that from. I said that there was a cultural bias.
I said that you absolutely can study for it, the same way you study for the SAT. I know this because I studied for the SAT test, and I've taken MENSA's practice tests sometimes, just because I'm bored, and I recognized the question format. The SAT literally originated as a kind of IQ test.
The cultural bias comes from the types of education received in certain places. Places with more standardized testing, whose tests use questions with those formats, tend to prioritize certain kinds of problem solving in their school curriculum. They do this to that their students will be better prepared when taking tests like the SAT. Because the questions are similar, those students also score better on IQ tests.
