Pro lifers can you explain to me why women who get an abortion shouldn’t be going to prison along with the abortion doctor?

So I am pro life I view abortion as first degree murder. The women getting the abortion and the doctor preforming the abortion are both engaged in the planned murder of an unborn child. To me the women is just as guilty for the death of the child as the abortion doctor. So it would make sense to punish both the abortionist and the women who has the abortion because they are both involved in murdering the unborn child so like an accomplice to murder the accomplice would go to jail for murder so should the women who killed there unborn child in any other murder cases both parties would be going to jail. What makes this situation different?

Pretty simple. Human life does not carry the value you think it does and every part of a fetus has a different analogue meaning that if you think it is murder then there are a large part of your body that you can't touch because it is functionally similar to a fetus and as such would make you a murderer by your own argument.

So yeah. So if the body itself, even if alive is not that special, what makes a baby into an actual baby? To make a very long conversation very much shorter, its your unique brain activity. Therefore before the fetus develops a functioning brain AND starts the brain activity which is not the same as the random signals it can accidentally trigger earlier in the development, it simply can't be considered a human without it and as such is perfectly fine to destroy.

In fact, as it is connected to the female body it is also very much just an extension of her and she therefore has the right to decide what happens to it before it becomes an independent person.

I do not know. I am not a scientist myself. Last time I looked into this they were extremely conservative with their estimate of when a fetus developed the capability to become a person so there would be no chance of a mistake to happen.

I don't necessarily disagree, but the reason some existing and proposed laws are written that way is because it was exploited as a workaround at the state level. Until/unless it actually gets repealed though, it's not going to happen, and even after a repeal, most states still aren't going to outlaw abortion in full. The closest we'd likely see is a caveat that a mother who carries out the abortion on herself would get charged accordingly, while she would otherwise be treated as an accessory to murder rather than a murderer herself. It all sounds convoluted, but that's how law works.

If you crack an egg open in the yolk you will see a little white dot usually with a little umbilical cord. That is the actual egg where the chick grows from when fertilized. The yolk is the food source and the white is essentially amniotic fluid. So you can Essentially take out the tiny wee egg from the yolk and you are then not consuming chicken.

The answer is no by the way. The baby would die. A rather slow painful death at that, because it is a living thing. However, if you put a week old embryo into a deep freeze, and take it out 20 years later it will resume growing. Freezing an embryo makes it lay dormant... Much like bacteria. Late term abortions are so freakin rare they shouldn’t have a name. Doctors don’t do them unless the mother is dying or serious medical trouble.

There’s no baby half out of the womb being aborted. If the fetus is viable (midway in 3rd trimester) then no abortion is possible.

Depending on the state late term abortions are pretty common, are Alaska, Colorado, District of Columbia, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon, and Vermont. Washington has on the ballot to make late term abortion a regular thing same with California and New York. A lot of democrats want abortion up until 9 months however
