Ell oh ell! They’re not being forced to do anything. They’re not slaves. Only about two-thirds of full-time workers in the US have any kind of sick leave, and it’s almost unheard of for part-time workers. Why are you only worried about women who aren’t even sick? Menstruation is a fact of life for women. It’s not killing them like heart attacks actually kill people. Ell oh ell!

Because they are not even sick. You say they "can" be as painful as a heart attack which is different to saying it "is" as painful as a heart attack. And whenever they do get the one that is so painful like the heart attack you say, they do go to the hospital or take sick leaves if it's just unbearable. Except those don't exactly happened normally. Severe period cramps like those even considered normal because if it, then you wouldn't see girls walking around at certain points. There are even ways and studies showing on how to improve their cramps so it is their responsibility just like how everyone has responsibilities to improve their health.
