Random person PLOWS through a Native American parade in New Mexico, how does that make you feel?

I'm not sure why it's just now coming to light on the media's side of things but this person just rams through people & So far haven't seen or heard much about the aftermath. All I know is their was a 10 year old girl who got hurt & it happen in New Mexico.

What do you think about this?

I am pissed but I would be even angrier if it turns out the driver was a criminal a liberal judge let go without bail the day before and/or was an illegal alien.
