Should shaving products be free to men?

Scotland has recently introduced free tampons for woman causing outrage among men thousands of miles away in America.
But what about men? Don't they deserve free stuff? I've noticed many can't afford shavings products and go around looking like they're living rough on the streets. This unshaved tramp look prevents them getting laid or getting a decent job.
I say let's give men free shaving stuff to smarten themselves up, save the economy and end mass shootings.

Lastly, I understand cases where a man may be frowned on by employers for looking rough. I don't think there should be anything freely given, including tampons.

That said, there should be public and government programs that offer a path out of poverty. This is where the person, either man or woman, come in and go over with a counselor who goes over their income, and goes over their expenses because each will be unique.

If their income is not sustainable, temporary income replacement will be offered for personal hygiene, work clothing and special clothes for interviews. And then a small portion to buy groceries and pay bills and housing. Not unlike a bankruptcy session, all bills and expenses are turned over and reviewed with special emphasis on locating luxury and unnecessary spending.

The person in need also takes personal budget and financial classes. If they have kids, include how to spend for kids and how to get special help to feed them, and keep them dressed for all the elements and a safe home.

Offer student grants and loans for training and have special job fairs and hiring times to get jobs.

After you show you can make it on your own, you get taken off additional income and you begin to support yourself.

If the person doesn't want to invest the effort, I hope they are good on living off the thr grid, and for many a life of crime tomget by will eventually get them institutionalized.

The big thing is, not let people game the system. Have an overview audit of all the clients by on offsite office that can go over accounts to ensure no friends on the inside, giving away money and resources.
