It's a good thing- finally we can stop seeing so many stupid minorities on campus, and whites and Asians can be safe from black violence.

However, I'm sure the University of California system will come up with alternatives to boost black enrollment, such as giving preference to people who score below 1200 on the SAT, don't have a father in the house, and/ or have been convicted of a drug/ violence offense.

Is Affirmative Action even still a thing? That’s from like the 90s, haha. As someone who has been a hiring manager at several businesses, I have never once been told to hire based upon keeping the demographic ratio any certain way. It feels like one of those political boogeymen used in grievance politics, lmao. I’ve just never encountered anything of the sort as either either an employee or as management.

Just read the Novant story you posted. Was that Affirmative Action though? That doesn’t sound government-mandated, that’s a private business that’s made a commitment to inclusion and diversity, which is different. I don’t agree that the dude should’ve been fired, but I’d take that for a $10M dollar payout, holy shit, haha.
