Thanks for posting this question, and for the update. I hope you do post more questions about these subjects. It's good to see a woman who doesn't have the outdated default "women are oppressed and men are privileged" view on anything gender related. The fact is that today western women have all the rights men have, and a few more, and men and women have their own respective advantages and disadvantages that all even out in the end. Not that we shouldn't try to address them, but we need to lose that false societal perception that women are disadvantaged overall and males don't face serious issues and injustices compared to females. We as a society need to recognize the gynocentric lens through which we still see gender issues and change it. It will take women driving that because men still have no credible voice in the matter.
