Was the Ukrainian operation in Kherson a Feint to set up their offensive around Kharkiv?

I remember a lot of pro-Putin commentators were saying that the Russian attempt to take Kiev was a "feint" -_-

Well unlike Russia after the withdrew from the area around Kiev, Ukraine managed to catch Russian forces of-guard elsewhere while the Kherson operation was ongoing.
