No. The world is full of lewd assholes and narcissists who don't care about anyone but themselves, as it is. Ehh, in context. Beaches? Sure. Around children at beaches? Sure, gradually. In offices? No.

But every murderer I watch on Investigation Discovery is sexually repressed and oppressed by a puritan, religous, sex-hating family. And they grow up and be pervs.

So yes, we gradually need to be less puritanical about women’s bodies especially.

So, generally it's impolite to stare. However, most of us are aware that eyes are meant for looking. So can't blame/shame someone for looking if it's all out there. Some people take staring in to creeper levels though and that's where just about every woman starts having issues. Guys will make suggestive faces at us, some while going as far as to touch themselves while doing it.

Long story short, no one can stop you from looking and liking what you see... just don't be creepy about it
