The problem with this question is although the Roman army spread out across Europe, including Spain, it wasn't just made up of men from Rome or whats now Italy. They recruited across the empire. So even if you're distant ancestors got it on with a legionnaire he was probably recruited from elsewhere.
It's also common for people to claim they found a little Italian DNA on one of those kits you can do, therefore they must be related to some roman soldier. The problem here is the dna could have entered your bloodline only a few generations ago when your great great granny banged an Italian for a free pizza.
