Why do people think there are way less female predators than male ones?

I see female predators in news as often as male predators and met tons of men who had sex with female predators when they were young.

I believe they are just kept in background compared to male predators and not talking about or they don't get caught nearly as often.

Because since it's women, they don't want to mention it as much. Women organizations will attack them for reporting it and then support the woman blaming others.

If the predator is not just female but really cute/pretty with a perfect body, the internet getd filled with males complaining:
"Where was these teachers, nurses, neighbors, when I was a child"


When its a male predator, everyone's reaction is opposite and fully against the male!


So maybe the public reaction circus is what they are avoiding. can't tell for sure!

Due to the bloody stereotype how men are bigger, stronger, faster, more dominating, etc. Nu, many are, no doubt, but that ain’t always true. People came up with the other stereotype how they’re predator-like due to the first stereotype. Don’t believe neither of them no more.

I think woman are less likely to abuse minors in a predatory way - they are more likely to abuse other woman the same age with lies or men the same age with verbal or monetary abuse.

In my area its been female HS teachers that get caught.

My thought on why males get exposed more is due to the high rates of violence against women.

Well outside of the recent trend of prosecutors refusing to prosecute serious offenders in the US. Female pedophiles typically received lesser sentences for the same crimes as their male counterparts. Not to mention victims were less likely to come forward or want to press charges.
