Of course she does. Now, I personally think she looks more Slovakian than Ukrainian. But Slavs go all the way to the Czech Republic, so she would still be Slavic regardless.

Slavs natively habit cold tundra region from northern Ural to warm beaches of Mediterranean sea. This type of face isn't really uncommon in central Europe, I would estimate her as Czech or Hungarian if didn't know her nationality.
