How much should Psychology determine prison sentences? Or paroles?

I found this old documentary from the 90s of actual rapists in prison. Its chilling. But theyre in therapy, though.

If a criminal is labeled a Sexual Psychopath (SP), should they basically get life no matter what? There’s really no cure…

Not sure one could say Ted Bundy Jeffrey Dahmer John Wayne Gacy all had mental illnesses being a psychopath is a mental illness but at the same time I would totally execute them. I don’t see a reason for these kinds of people to live even in prison. Men who think they are women and women who think they are men should be going to the prisons which suit their actual biological reality. So if a man who thinks they are women are arrested and sentenced to prison he needs to be put in prison with them men. This is why we are seeing women in prison getting pregnant because we’re putting men who think they are women in the same prisons as women because supposedly they are “women” which makes me half to ask what is a women?

PTSD schizophrenia bio polar multiple personality disorder should be taken into consideration. So I think there are level in how to deal with those who have mental illnesses I have PTSD ADHD and dyslexia (dyslexia being a learning disability). So there is a extent if I planned out to kill somebody then yes I should be executed if I murdered somebody and second-degree murder I should probably be going to prison for about 20 to 30 years. If I do something like assault I should be put into a mental institution until I am no longer a threat to the public.

We don't know, in this case, jurists are just coasting alone, lost on what to do.

The problem with psychopaths and narcissists is that they can pull a very good impression of rehabilitate person, and fuel all of that with their desire for revenge.

Try the DSM V - lots of "handbooks" contain mistakes and bullshit.

Yeah we need to start putting some of these judges on the same prison sentences and parole sentenses they hand out and see how it f****** feels
