Anyone who makes a person feel bad intentionally should be ashamed of themselves and must apologise to the victim. Attacking physically is actually assault and can get the assaulter in jail, I’ve seen in a Facebook video.

@MCheetah sorry, mate, but I mean the bullying kind of making one feel bad. Making fun is bullying. When Draco sings a provoking song about Ronald (Weasley Is our King), Draco was intending to make Ron feel bad and hurt. That was bullying. I didn’t purposely make you feel bad. Everyone has a right to their own opinion, but not every opinion is civilly accepted.
