When a woman wears her husband's clothing. How come she is not marked as a crossdresser?

So my wife likes to wear my sweat shirts and other items. I always call her a crossdresser and she says its not.

But then I said, but if a man wears his wife stuff. He is labeled as a crossdresser.

. What's the difference, when both are wearing are wearing the opposite genders clothing?
