In a sense, conceptually, I can see it. In mythology the world over, women and feminine energy were analogous to chaos, life and change. It is not a bad thing, neither is chaos. Chaos is a part of the natural order, and is the sole reason why we exist in general.

I mean if anything, men are. I heard a study showed that men cheat more often (In the United States) and that 1 out of every 10 women will experience sexual assault at some point in their life. They're physically weaker and can't even compete in the opposite gender's sports, so no, they aren't agents of chaos. E-girls on the other hand are.
