Gas prices were very low at the beginning of the pandemic under Trump because there was little demand... nobody was traveling around much.
The entire world is experiencing inflation right now, and the US is suffering LESS than most. No doubt these are difficult times but Biden is doing a reasonable job managing things. Maybe you should ask yourself why Trump gifted the wealthy and the corporations such a bounty with his 2017 "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act" which is digging a 2 trillion dollar hole in the pit that is the defecit... and Republicans think Biden should be IMPEACHED for student loan forgiveness to average Americans? I think a lot of you have bad information honestly. If not then your priorities are clearly on backwards.
I alsodo not want to elect Republicans to positions where they can choose not to certify free and fair elections when their candidates don't win. This is their response to failing to overthrow the 2020 presidential election results.

When you look at what's going on in the country you have to take into account what's going on in the world. Otherwise you are doomed to make misinformed decisions. Doesn't mean you need to care about indiidual countries... but you can't look at global commodities through the lens of one countries problems and expect to see the big picture... It effects us all.

Gas was $2.00 per gallon for premium 91 0ctane where I live when Trump was last in office and it increased to $4.80 per gallon by March after Biden was in. Then got as high as $6.40 per gallon at the same station later and has fluctuated between $5.80 to $6.40 per gallon since then.

Some of my groceries are MORE than 100% increase since Biden has been in office. More than double their regular price.
