People in the 1960s were really educated and well spoken.

They dressed conservatively and chic.

Women always covered their chest and never did plastic surgery.

Unlike todays world, where everything is directed towards sex, violence, media, organized crime, plastic surgery etc..

At that time, The American dream was to own a house in the suburbs and start a family with a lovely wife.

but now!, Everything is chaos and random.

I think it’s extreme capitalism that caused this by creating what they call pure “individuality” which created the uncontrolled mess we are living today.

It only gets worse with everyone thinking it’s “wholesome” to get castrated by a doctor and tell everyone you’re a “girl” now and anyone that isn’t mentally collapsed like them is demonized and harassed until they corrupt themselves too. It's not capitalism. It's a lack of morals. Women's best purpose possible in life is to be an excellent mother. A man's best purpose possible in life is to tame the external things around him to make it possible for his woman to be the best mother. Instead now we don't have this and thus everything is failing. It's that simple.

It's weird to categorize women as the mother and the man as the money giver instead of the father figure. He's taming the external things so the women could raise their child by themselves. I think it's better when people have a choice between being a housewives and having a job because a lot of people weren't necessarily housewives because they wanted to be but because they weren't expected to.

That's not what I said at all. The best purpose of a woman is to be a best mother but the best purpose of the father was not to be a best father but to give. That was my point. If all you're doing is financially giving you're not helping to raise your child. But people have different opinions and I won't continue to say the same thing over and over.

@yajana fathers don't need to be very present in a young child's life. Fathers need to turn the Young child into an adult at an older age. Mothers are not capable of doing that just as a father can't mother a newborn effectively.

Because we ignored history and got rid of many ideas and Morals that had previously helped us survived for so long. Many of the smart and capable people didn't want to have kids or felt they werent ready and stopped having children while actual bad parents had 5 kids and traumatized all of them.
