Oh, I get it. Jeez. These people never stop! A lot of Christian groups say that homosexuality is a sin and they are going to hell for it.
I volunteered at a shelter, who will remain nameless because this group is popular (Hint: You see them everywhere around Christmas, lol), but they are like this.
I'm guessing what the person is talking about in the article is referring to is Satan loves homosexuals because homosexuals are going to hell to join Satan.
That's kind of messed up they would hire someone like that. I can't say I agree with this either, any of it. As far as the person they hired, he or she needs to keep their opinions to themself, and as far as saying that homosexuals are for Satan's love, I believe God loves everyone. He created man and woman, and he created the feelings man and woman possess, which means he made everyone different, even homosexuals.
Of course, some church groups think differently. I'm not gay, but I don't believe people should be bashed by who they are and who they love. And as for that designer, yikes! Sounds like a real winner ::In a sarcasric tone:: Where do they find these people!

To be honest the more fuss made about it the bigger the deal is made. Its like when my cousin came out as demisexual, we didn't make a fuss at all about it and were completely indifferent. I don't know why so many people struggle with this, especially here in the US, where Bibles are not only free for the asking, but even if you DON'T ask; wait long enough, and someone will just GIVE you one. So here it is again, louder for those in the back:

Satan shows up in the Bible exactly three times: to tempt Joshua to test his mettle, to torment Job to test his faith, and to push Jesus to see if He'll break under the strain of His desires for power and nourishment. That's all. Satan's goal is to get you to confront who and what you are, because only when you acknowledge and understand that can you proceed from a place of mental and moral honesty. To hold up the mirror of truth when you can't bear to look into it. His role can at times be harsh, and even lead to disaster, if those being tempted yield to it, but power should only be in the hands of those who can use it responsibly. Satan's about as far from evil as you can GET. Calling him evil because you lack the morality for self-control is no different from saying "she clearly wanted it; look how she was dressed!".
If you can't handle the idea of reflecting on, examining, and thinking about your faith, then Christianity is not for you. We were not endowed with sense, reason, and intellect with the intention that we should forego their use.
From a more secular viewpoint, Target is an American company, and in the US, discrimination on the basis of religion is against the law. Even limiting it to a social value, think of the insanity of the last three years- do you REALLY want to be rendered unemployable because of your ideology? Lucifer was the top angel. When he got booted out of heaven he was called many names, one of them Satan. I have no idea what Bible you read, but not the King James. I use New American Standard myself.

Exactly what surprises you about this? The bible says satan is the ruler of this world until the Second Coming. God isn't pouring out wrath just yet. What we see daily is nothing but what Christ described as labour pains as a precursor to His return.

Congress does not get involved in what Target can sell (assuming no contraband) because that's Target's first amendment right to sell as they choose. It's your right to protest, but not inside Target, where they are within their rights to abridge your speech and assembly. As we are discussing only private entities (Target, producer of product, consumers at Target) there is no governmental involvement and thus it is not a first amendment issue.
Frankly, most people do not care long term. Example: they are in an uproar about Adidas using a dude to model women's swimwear. Great, as that is sick and stupid, but no one seems to care that the founder, Adolf "Adi" Dassler supported a group that murdered millions.

It depends on the style of preaching. I grew up in the Baptist church. I’m a preachers kid. My dad was one of those hellfire and brimstone types and I grew up with a damning punishing God that if I didn’t live perfect I was going to burn in hell for eternity. I knew I couldn’t live up to that so I too rejected God. I’ve since found a Church that teaches the other side of God just how loving and forgiving he really is

Their produce was a buck and change higher on just about everything and nowhere near as good looking as the local grocery stores. I don't understand who shops there. It's just overpriced walmart with slightly fewer freaks in the aisles. Granted it's been about 3 or 4 years since I went there, but WOW was it underwhelming. Now with all the pandering stuff? Targets business model depends on women who have the ability to shop and wander aimlessly picking up things they don't need. It's a successful business model, but in real life I know more conservative women than men because conservatism in reality benefits women more than men, despite propaganda attempts to the contrary. Losing the foot traffic of their primary customer base will be as devastating to Target as it was to Bud.
Target's business model depends on women coming in to pick up things they don't need. As a multi-billion dollar corporation, the model seems to be working. In real life I know more conservative women than men, as, despite rampant propagandato the contrary conservatism benefits the people who get to stay home indoors, care for children, and still spend almost all the outgoing household money a lot more than the people who get to pour blazing hot asphalt in the heat of summer or hold live electrical cables with cheap company provided gloves and hope today isn't the day they find out the quick way where the worn spots are. Regardless of my personal beliefs, I think companies really need to reconsider what political/social messages they are sending. I mean Target, and Bud Light have alienated a lot of people with their messaging. I hope other retailers are paying close attention, because offering support OR opposition to any particular group, or identity is going to offend someone who holds a different view.
