Because they're hypocrites, to be honest. They also aren't vegans, care about fatherless households, or willing to date single mothers, either. But will go on, on their fake "Sanctity of Life" BS.

These people don't even care when their next door neighbor gets shot or dies of COVID, but will pretend to care about imaginary babies, because they think they should be able to force parenthood on others due to their emotions on it, making them as bad as Progressives on this one issue.
