Should torture be a punishment towards hard-core felons?

That is Not how you get rid off all type of criminals like gang members, mafias cartels and any type of corruption on any level. There are 3 extremely important steps that has to be taken.
1. Encouragement of having a Strong and Very responsible family is an utmost important step out of all 3.
2. A highly standardized education that starts from 1st grade and goes all the way through collage years that promotes and heavily encourages selflessness and working toward advancement of society as a whole, while at the same time selfishness and traits of that nature should be Strongly discouraged from the very early age.
3. Crimes like (Murder, rape, torture and even corruption) has to be punishable by death and not just of a person who committed it, but also his family.
In order to kill an uncontrollable monster (Crime), you have to become a controllable monster by having Strict and Very harsh laws along with other things that I have mentioned when it comes to human life and human ability to govern each other while at the same time advance at a high rate.

Although, it is worth being said that very few cases are proven with DNA. The vast majority of criminal cases end ina plea bargin.

Torture, no. Death penalty I’m for in extreme cases with irrefutable, evidence. Some things are unforgivable and not worth feeding.
