Bernd Neuendorf, president of the German Football Federation (DFB), said he was "prepared" for a fine if goalkeeper Manuel Neuer wears the captain's armband claiming the "One Love" movement, with the colors of the rainbow, at the World Cup in Qatar 2022.

I personally think they should be kicked out of the World Cup, I like that in Qatar abortion is illegal in all cases and because women's rights are practically non-existent, but I don't like that country because immigrant men don't have enough rights either.

The good thing about the situation, its a win/win situation. Kick us out: sends a strong statement which will only support the cause. Let us be: we Continue to show it and set the statement this way. Quatar should be banned for everything they have done. That it even went thrue shows only that this is not about sport or people, but about money and greed of the wealthy, but I guess that was clear even before quatar... I mean we talk about FIFA here.

all teams pushing that agenda should. The American team was considering changing their logo to rainbow colors instead of the flag colors. They shouldn't be allowed to represent their country in the tournament either if they only care so much about "representing" the 1-3% of the population. Only Germany and England will wear LGBT armbands, still, it could be risky to kick them out, as there are many progressive ie European teams that could boycott the world Cup.
