Have you head of the 10th Amendment Center?

If your an American or simply follow our politics you've probably heard of the concept of "States rights" and/or "Federalism". Thou most Americans understand it refers broadly to the power of States to govern themselfs.

Michael Boldin and the TAC is probably one of the most influence Americans you've never head of. By way of the information and practices being shared and organized by people familiar with this idea we are are seeing the most active nullification efforts ever.

Both sides of the political spectrum are more and more extensively involved in this old American practice for their own reason as more and more of us recognize not only do we NOT agree we have no reason we should have to agree on most issues.

Never heard of the 10th Ammendment Center, but that Ammendment is the EXACT reason WHY Roe v. Wade was sent back to the individual states to determine their response and consequences (if any).

It's also the reason WHY gay marriage needs to have the same thing done. Send it to the individual states for them to make their own laws concerning it.

Love it! More federalism is great! Wyoming does not want to live like New York. And hopefully it could become more local, too, since in Red and Blue states there are swaths of people with opposite ideas who should also be able to live as they see best for them, locally.

I've dealt with that clown enough already. All he does is look for stuff he can twist and start arguments. I'm cool with disagreements, but I hate manufactured drama on line and in real life. That is all he is.
