You need a 2/3's vote in both houses of Congress in order to remove him. I don't see that happening. That's 291 members of the House and 67 Senators. i don't see enough Republicans having the guts to do the right thing.

That's not how the 25th Amendment works. It is not a weapon to be used against a sitting president. It is a tool the president can use at his discretion, to temporarily transfer power when he is unable to serve, and it always protects his right to resume his office when is able to serve again.
