The first 10 amendments of the constitution are our Bill of Rights. They are foundational rights.
The 10th Amendment States:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
I think people fail to understand federal government overreach into state and local affairs. The power rests in the individual member states. The feds should not be in the business of handing out student loans, regulating education, or enacting laws that do not pertain to interstate conflicts. This also includes abortion. The power to decide is in the hands of the individual state, not the federal government as a whole.

Lots of people never learned the amendments to the Constitution
Well that is a problem. Yes, that may sound hypocritical considering I am just now diving into the constitution more. But yes, this is a problem.
The constitution is the Supreme law, superceding other laws not specified in the constitution. The power rests mostly in the states. People tend to forget this. The lefties want bigger government, but they need to mind their business and address grievances within their OWN states.
... to add, YES! Roe vs. Wade was rightfully overturned. The federal government shall not infringe on individual states.
This must be why they can freely give away money to other nations and forget its own nation
