No not an electronic simulation like a video game but if there's a God (which I believe) then technically we are a simulation because we were created by God and we are a small form of life where we make our own decisions but God already knows what we are going to do and say and he knows the choices we are going to make cause we are made by him and he made us the way we are, he wired our brains and that's a form of programming, we just aren't computers, we are flesh and blood, now the thing is simulation is the wrong word for it cause it's a simulation of what lol

No because we have Free Will, know Right/Wrong, and our Imtrlligent Design and Morality was order by some Creative Source. Chaos and Random Chance can not produce organized specialty on an individual difference or Macro design.
