Would a New Race be created if All the mixed race people married each other?

In South Africa, back in 1950 the government of the day took Evey person of mixed race whether it be Asian whether it be European or whether it been biracial and lumped all those people into one Singular group known today as Cape-Coloureds or just Coloureds for short. What if the same had to happen in America and Canada. Would a new Race develop

Yes a new race would develop from that idea. We could call it American-Coloureds

No. Human race, that’s all we have. Other “race” cards are generally perversions of easily divisive sects like nationality and skin tone.
While the acknowledgment and even reticence surrounding such things is perfectly natural, so is the ease with which we overcome them. Evolutionary biology has supplied us with the tools to recognize potential threats so that we and, successively, our tribes may survive and thrive. Likewise, our entirely social makeup provides us with the tools to recognize friends from foes and associate more with our likenesses than with our differences. It’s the indoctrination of ignorance that prevents the latter. Nothing more and nothing less.
There’s a convergence of ideology that proves this quite succinctly. The same people who can’t accept that human beings of all walks of life are the same race also refuse to acknowledge our kinship with the great apes, chimpanzees in particular. The evidence is overwhelming, covering everything from genetics to behaviors both intrinsic and learned.

This is a very good question. I honestly am not sure. I might lean towards saying no because there are races/groups/demographics around the world that are considered "ethnic" but are actually a mix of prior people. We could argue that Armenians (and I'm pro-Armenian by the way) are not really their own thing if you look at their history and see that they've had a lot of kingdoms over take them. They have Persian blood in there, Russian, I'm sure even Turkish and Iranian, but they still consider their race to be a true separate Armenian lineage.

Even Latin Americans. There's a documentary about how Latin Americans actually do have a lot of black blood in them from ancient Africans mixing with the natives. And then you had the Spaniards come over, and some Germans, and a few other Euros. But, they still consider themselves a Latin race.

So for America, because we're such a mix of everything and everyone, I think most people will just keep calling themselves "mixed" or even "Hell, I don't know what I am." But then even the term "mixed" will eventually take on a new colloquial term like 'mestizo' did in Latin America. And that new term would be the 'race' people will refer to.

In South Africa they are called Cape-Coloureds or Coloureds for Shirt (because the apartheid regime didn't know what to call them as they had already been mixed prior to apartheid)
