If the south won the civil war do you think slavery would still be going on?

No. Realistically, the only way the Confederates could've won was the way they almost did- hold out long enough to win diplomatic recognition from other countries, forcing Lincoln to sue for peace. The CSA wouldn't have the economic strength to compete with the USA, and even if diplomatic pressure from the rest of the world didn't force them to abandon it, economics would.

Of course it would, the south never wanted to free slaves and if it were up to them not only would it still be going on it would be more rampant and severe then it was before

No. Slavery was on its way out anyway. They are highly inefficient labor compared to machines.
