What do you think about Russia's Ukranian Biolab claim?

They claim that the Ukraine has dozens of biolabs to make illnesses to infect Russian DNA and be immune to other DNA. They claim they only get ethnic Russian volunteers from Ukraine and not Ukrainians. They claim NATO is planning to release insects and bats to Russia infected with these illnesses.

Someone from Ukraine claimed that they would recruit mosquitos into their army.

If true, that's absolutely horrific, though implausible; it's not like a big enough genetic difference between Russians and Ukrainians to make that work reliably. But is there any actual EVIDENCE, or just the paranoid rantings of Krelmin propagandists? Logically, if Ukraine had "dozens" of these labs, and the Russians knew where they were, they'd've taken at least one of them over and released proof to the world, no?
