Generally speaking, that's true. But there's more to it than that.

To really annoy a conservative, deprive them of the easy way to solve a problem. Lie. Cheat. Steal. Bribe officials and judges. Play games of semantics to cover up criminal activity. Frustrate justice.

To annoy a liberal, simply undermine that which allows them to live with pretensions and delusions of self-righteousness and superiority. Make them see that the emperor is, in fact, naked; and that they have no excuse for their shitty behavior whatsoever.

One may preach to the ends of the earth about what needs to be done; but won't necessarily do it. The other will risk prison time to silence and retaliate against whoever made them cognizant of their own nakedness.

Taking this statement as an example, I don't think it means anything at all. Obviously if you disagree with someone, and you insist they're wrong, they are likely to get mad. It doesn't matter who is actually wrong or right.

From your perspective you are saying the truth and they are getting mad, and they are saying a lie and you are getting mad. From their perspective, it's you who gets mad at the truth and them who gets mad at the lie. Just swap out conservative for yourself and liberal for whoever you disagree with, and it will always be true no matter who says it. So no, it doesn't really mean anything at all.

When Rush died of cancer, liberals celebrated his death. Rush was a great and brilliant man, and he spoke the truth. Rush preached about "American Exceptionalism" and liberals hated that thought. Rush wanted every American to do their best to rise to the top, but the liberals despise that notion.

I believe it to be true. Look at GAG, you tell a liberal the truth or disagree in the slightest and they either delete your answer or block you. @legalboxers is a good example. He's been asking up to 3 Anti-Trump questions per day five days per week since 2015. Anyone who disagrees or calls him out gets blocked, his questions are a real echo chamber of fascist ignorance and falsehoods.

That's actually pretty accurate. At the same time though, Conservatives get very angry when you challenge their views on God, the Middle East, America or God forbid, soldiers.

A lot of the time these "lies" you tell Conservatives aren't lies, but stuff they don't wanna hear. At the same time though, I don't take kindly to Conservatives calling countries like France and even Iran shitholes. So I hate liars and misinformation regardless of whose saying it.
