What do you think of my alternative political and religious takes?

I'm genuinely dedicated to running for political office in 2024. My most obvious goal is to handle the corruption and the money-laundering in the State of California. Anyone that is 18 or older can run for any public office as they wish within the state.

A newly established political party with socially moderate and fiscally progressive policies.

The American Solidarity Party is more civic nationalistic (and less globalistic and ethnonationalistic) in comparison to the neoconservative and neofascist wings of the Republican Party. The party is both paleoconservative and social democratic in practice.

As implied above, the American Solidarity Party is not your father or grandfather's conservative or right-wing party. Generally, it leans closer to the likes of Forza Italia and the Christian Democratic Union, with a great hint of some environmental policies coming indirectly from the Swedish Social Democratic Party.

As a former member of the Republican, Libertarian, and (to some degree) Democratic parties; I found a new home in the center-left to center-right, semi-theocratic and semi-minarchist party.

MY HOT TAKES:

• Extended free speech within the public education system.
  • Teachers and staff should be able to express their political views and personal upbringings as they wish.
  • Unlike many social conservatives, I am not generally opposed to critical theories being taught in the classroom setting; but, these programs should only be marked as voluntary on all grade levels, with K-8 being restricted to parental consent.
• Freeing innocent entrepreneurs and small business owners.
  • Sam Bankman-Fried and Elizabeth Holmes are under attack by Far-Left Wokesters for not sucking up to Bidenflationism.
• Mandating the uncensored teachings of Andrew Tate and MarcTheMessenger from K-6 at least three times a semester for 30 minutes a day.

For once Elizabeth Holmes isn't innocent since she's convicted off being a fraud. She took money from people for having a new medical discovery that's not working.
Tate made his money with cam girls that were asked to take more money from guys with fake stories how about that?
Inflation is something the world has a problem with not just the US. Something that would be more helpful from own experience is not to give out some peoples teaching but teach other people from own experience or teach them practically.

First of all, its probably good to establish that "freedom of speech", as in the constitutional right given to American citizens, is a right that gives you protection against the government. It is not intended to be applied between people and people or people and organizations.

As for the general concept? It already exists and is called "Academic Freedom". It extends a bit beyond what you intend it for but it includes having teachers themselves decide what is taught and how its taught in their classrooms.

There is a problem with this however. You see, every person that I have seen arguing for "free speech" in schools always does it on the grounds that they want to use the institution of schools to indoctrinate kids. This includes religious and personality cults etc.. The last thing we need right now is for people to exploit this and restart the era of religious indoctrination such as Christian schools where they teach that the earth is 6000 years old and the biblical flood killed all the dinosaurs or whatever.

If the goal of education is to provide the next generation with all the knowledge and skills that they might need in their life then allowing a loophole for people to instead teach them misinformation such as creationism or whatever is counter productive. For all intents and purposes, education is already free enough that the only ones bitching and moaning about it is the people who actively wants your children harm and that is a very good balance if you ask me.

"critical theories", I am just going to assume you mean "critical race theory". There is nothing voluntary about it sadly. Avoiding teaching about critical thinking (in all its forms including critical race theory) is a massive handicap to the student. Its like teaching someone how to browse the internet without teaching them about using google. It can technically be done but without the tools to do the job, and yes critical race theory is a tool, you simply can't do your job effectively.

You either teach someone how to examine history or you do not. Teaching history without critical thinking is a waste of everyones time including the future employer who suddenly have millions of graduates who can't do their jobs anymore.

"Freeing innocent entrepreneurs and small business owners." Whenever I hear someone say this, just like with freedom of speech in classrooms, its never about the small mom and pop family store but always about things like hedge funds ran by technically a small number of VERY WEALTHY AND POWERFUL people. People who tries to dishonestly use their perceived small scale to trick people into thinking they are the "underdogs" and deserve extra advantages.

Personally, I think that if you want to promote small businesses and entrepreneurs its not about "freeing them" but providing them with the support they need to set themselves up while avoiding the most common errors which can be done with a government program as well as use government money to invest in some of them to give them that extra kick at the start with potential future payback through the investment.

The other way to protect small businesses would be to lay on the pressure on giant corporations that is abusing the current markets to benefit themselves unfairly such as avoiding paying taxes. Ensuring that the balance is more neutral would promote further competition and growth in the economy.

As for Sam Bankman-Fried and Elizabeth Holmes, they are both criminals trying to abuse the government and the economy and as such is destructive to society as a whole and deserves everything that comes to them. I have no sympathy for them.
