Why are so many people inconsiderate?

I hate inconsiderate people , why I hate doing interviews with people. People apply to my job I call them up for them come in for an interview They come in , I tell them all about the job and they seem so interested, i tell them every detail about the job and make it clear To them if this is something they really want to do? and ask them are you sure you want to come on board? And explain to them the process I have to put them through to get them hired. They are all about it. So I waste time getting them processed setting them up with a physical and background check that they go through , Once I get the results and they passed which only takes a couple days I call them back up and ask them when they would like to start. and then I don’t hear back from them they don’t call you back to let you know that they aren’t interested anymore? Like what is wrong with people to be that inconsiderate? If you don’t want the job then say you don’t want the fucking job , don’t waste my time , If something came up still have the fucking courtesy to let me know instead of playing fucking games , yes it’s only a job but be fucking considerate, people are such selfish assholes , the only way they would be justified is if they were in an accident or in the Emergency room

I hear you and the Expense, both in time and money, to do this shit is enormous too. The thing that saves me is the reasonable base with the potential to earn one's own bonus amount. I release those at Halloween for fourth quarter holidays and March for summer vacation. The potential to pay for Christmas and closing out strong is a win for everyone.

Without having to give too much detail, what in general do you think makes them afraid of working at your place

It’s kind of a dangerous job but they know that walking in and I explain that all to them and make it clear
To them if they will be capable of doing this job or please
Don’t waste my time , this job isn’t for everyone and they still say yes I want it , I want to do this work , please process me and get Me on board. so I do and then they don’t have the
Courage to call me or text
Me that something else
Came up? Are
They afraid I am going
To bite them? It’s just a job but be considerate don’t wast me time and make me look like a fool because you change your mind , It’s called being
Respectful , People that can’t be respectful are just burning their bridges for other job opportunities, when they go and apply to another position and word of mouth , don’t hire that person they are inconsiderate , they will waste your time
