Why are people so inconsiderate nowadays?

I'm more than friendly in person. I'm not the obnoxious super enthusiastic too friendly person (We call that "being joe" but I go out of my way to help people. I won't list the kind of shit I do, because I don't feel the need to be virtue signaling. Any way, I moved out from the inner city, a really bad neighborhood in Philly, to a small town that's successful. My current neighborhood is a street that connects to a rich people side that is like a two minute walk. Very small. I was pulling into my street that's perpendicular and connect to both our streets "Think of how the lower case b is shaped, its just like that" when my neighbor, who just pulled out their side starts laying on the horn. I don't understand the tough guy shit. You're literally my neighbor. Now when I see this guy I'm gonna say something to him and smack him in his teeth if starts acting tough. That situation couldve been avoided if he just didn't be a dick. The people on the "average money street" (which includes me) are friendly, but these super rich people are assholes. There was this one dude I watched, he walked his dog into our yard and it took a shit, and I asked him to pick it up. He said he would later, but didn't. He drove by, and I recognized his car. Saw it later, and it was unlocked. He probably wasn't happy with smashed dog shit in his driver's seat. could've been avoided though.
