I don't think that's happening. Tulsi would be more likely (and better suited for) secretary of defense.

Trump has kind of put himself into a corner on this, because he's surrounding himself with a lot of people who would be very good in cabinet positions, but utterly wasted as VP. At the same time however, he has explicitly stated that he wants a VP who will take the lead on the America First movement after his term. Despite being next in line, the VP's job actually has very little to do with that of the president, and makes more sense in the hands of a lawyer or career politician with Senate experience, who are generally hated on the right regardless. In reality, the secretary of state is actually the person in the best position to take over the role of president as their next gig, but this is also a role that Trump has very few clear choices on who wouldn't be better elsewhere. This is part of why many suspect Mike Pompeo might make a return.

We have to think about who will be president after him and she would be perfect. It's not that people don't want a woman president, it's that they want the right woman.

And with Trump's health and the stress of the presidency, there's a great chance he could die in office, so it's doubly important. Biden didn't have any stress because he didn't do anything and he didn't know what was going on. The world has been laughing at the U. S. for the past 4 years.
