Is it sexist that construction industry is still Male Dominated even today?

No because women don’t do those kinds of jobs. Physical labor isn’t something women are willing to do. They wouldn’t be able to make it their lifelong career. If they attempted it they wouldn’t last as long as the men.
It is sexist! We need 40% quota for women in construction , bricklaying and oil rigs! No job should be male dominated right?
Why bring equality only to white collar jobs?

The answer depends on your definition of "sexist."
It is no more sexist then some industries and sectors being female dominated. It all ends up evened out on the end. Here in the UK some sectors are male dominated and some are female but it is a pretty much an even stevens workforce across the board.
There are actually more men unemployed in the UK then women and that is because of this positive discrimination nonsense.
Only if women are actively prevented frome entering a profession in this field.
Sorta, but men's much greater physical strength is the reason for the male dominance in the construction industry.
No it's not, that's like saying is it sexist that staying at home and watching over the children is still female dominated?
Men were born to work and women were born to make babies and take care of them, it's just how society works.
Why would it not be male dominated is the real question?
