You can bring up to 100 cigars into the US. If you have more, you must apply for, and receive, a permit... before you enter the country.

The US has an embargo against Cuba. Making Cuban cigars illegal in the US. When Trump was in office it was lifted for the first time since the 60's then biden put it back into law.
