Because there is a lot of truth to it.

Democrats and the liberal media are constantly accusing conservatives of racism but never provide proof or even a reasonable argument. It's nothing more than accusations to sway opinion.

A Democrat governor for 16 years and a Democrat presidential candidate named George Wallace was probably the most blatantly racist politician during my lifetime. Or maybe standing in front of schools trying to prevent black school children from entering a white school is not considered racist.

And who voted for him to give him a majority win? Millions of Democrats.

Attacked: 1st amendment: Freedom of speech/ Freedom of expression in Florida as an example. They're so LGBTQ+ phobic they can't stop trying to stop them from existing.

You may like these freedoms being taken away but that's still Freedoms. The right can't handle a conversation about gun control without it being called losing the entire second amendment regardless of how many kids die. The same kids that must be born no matter the circumstances.

Roe v Wade was simply the Supreme Court ruling it is not an explicit “right” in the Constitution. If congress had passed a law, which they’ve had many opportunities to over the decades, then the court would have likely ruled differently. That said, I’ll give you the state laws that followed the courts decision.

As for Florida’s recent laws, many of those laws are designed to level the playing field. From a place of privilege, equality looks like oppression. The freedom of speech attacks in this country have been going on for decades in a very partisan manner. From the workplace to churches to schools to social media. Say the wrong thing and your fired or banned. The left doesn’t even comprehend how bad it is.
Go around to various right wing YouTubers, you can’t use certain words or phrases or you get demonetized, shadow-banned or your video deleted. Twitter and Reddit are the worst, where threats of violence only matter if you’re threatening the wrong side. The Twitter files exposed a lot of the biased censorship. In some places of the country, you can lose your children for having the wrong opinion. One of my friends had to quickly move when the school started to socially transition their 7 year old daughter to prevent the school from trying to take their daughter. Once they moved she no longer wanted to be a boy.

Democrat states have literally defied the Supreme Court and the Constitution on multiple occasions recently in regards to 2nd Amendment cases. I can send you dozens of videos of what I have to keep up with weekly or risk losing everything. If you really want to experience your rights being violated, be an uninformed gun owner in America. Where ignorance is not an excuse and you can go to federal prison for making a simple mistake like crossing a border or putting a fore-grip on the wrong firearm. Even having a rifle with a 15” barrel instead of a 16” barrel is a felony punishable by 10 years in prison.

Who can forget Covid, where everyone’s rights were forfeited, from freedom of speech to freedom of assembly, even bodily autonomy when it came to the shots. You could argue it was extraordinary circumstance, however the censorship hindered reasonable discussion and ultimately cost lives as many of the conspiracies turned out not to be. They only dropped the restrictions leading up to the election to try and damage control.

And if you want to argue that private businesses can do as they please, then do we even have any rights to be infringed on at all?

Whatever you need to feel better and sleep at night pal. When you have the right to something under the law and it's revoked the right to that has been removed. I'm not talking about the bill of rights I'm talking about laws that give you the right to make decisions for yourself and your own body.

Define socially transition and give real examples of saying the wrong thing and losing you kid? ... I'd love to hear you elaborate... This country has freedom of religion and no one is telling a Christian they can't preach the good word because everyone knows they're doing it everywhere every day. Every keep Christ in Christmas on every bumper sticker is proof no one cares. Be Christian. You have the right. Except non Christians. That's the wrong religion and doesn't count though.

The fact is parties change overtime. The party that freed the slaves isn't the same as they are today. Former confederates started the kkk that we're a faction of the then democratic party that is in no way the same party as today. For example most Southerners that we're Democrats or Dixie crats completely went to the Republican party during the 1960s when the then Democratic president pushed a civil rights movement. Why? Because they're racists and don't believe all people are created equal. So the folks that you're afraid of and ridiculing we're swayed to the Republican party during the 1960s.
