If everyone who claimed Trump was not their president after the 2016 election were banned from voting (unless they have proof they immigrated to America after they made the claim (obviously, you should be an American citizen to vote, and at the time Americans had Trump as president)) and the people who claimed they would leave America after the Roe V Wade verdict were banned from voting, that would at least make it fairer.

I think there was around 475 potential instances of voter fraud in over 25 million votes cast during the 2020 presidential election. That is 0,002% of the votes. If that is what you mean with "free and fair" then probably.
