I think good strategy just dropped for men in divorce court.

Golly, it's almost as though gender-neutral laws are a GOOD thing.
I don't know what's sadder: that a guy had to try this to get a fair shot at retaining the ability to be a parent to his children, or that it was probably his best shot at doing so.
