Why is Canada so corrupt, a man murdered his wife after years of abuse and not jailed or photo revealed?

Mishandling or lack of evidence, could be he actually is innocent, could be lots of things. Without knowing what case your talking about I don’t have a clue.
And thank god I don’t live somewhere like China where people are convicted in sham trials (if any at all) for bullshit charges.

More context is required in this question. There should be substantial evidence that the crimes happened in order to bring about a prison sentence.
It seems like many people let their emotions get the best of them which clouds their ability to think logically. How would you like it if you were sent to prison for a crime you didn’t commit? Not only that, but the fines the government has to pay would be absurd if they jailed everyone without actually conclusive evidence.
