Because most lgbtqlmnop are fucking crazy and like most crazy people you should avoid them.

When? 80 years ago? Lol. Homosexuals are probably more at risk for that stuff because they are more likely to engage in risky behavior. (Which is fine, men in general take more physical risks and dont live as long as women. Just a fact) Like sex work, drugs, homelessness. Probably has little to do with their sexuality, unless they’re trying to deceive a man into thinking they’re a woman.
I very often see propaganda proudly directed against heterosexual men; just start a TikTok and look at it for more than 15minutes lol.
