My sons father was always abusive, physically, mentally and emotionally before I had gotten pregnant. He abused me at 5 months and threatened to make me miscarry. He doesn’t have a stable job or stable living condition. He has multiple other baby mothers whose mothers take care of them as well and his son, not mines, was even taken from him due to him going to far with his form of “discipline” but he truly believes he can get 50/50 custody despite all the negatives stopping that from happening.
Why does my sons father really believe he can get 50/50 custody?
